Designed for stringent quality control environments, the SPP-4 utilizes next-generation software to offer a staggering external resolution of up to 600,000 divisions (and 4 million internal counts). Underneath the stainless steel pan sits an ultra-reliable weighing load cell equipped with built-in overload protection. This safety feature ensures that accidental heavy drops do not permanently damage the sensor, granting the balance an exceptionally long service life.
Comprehensive Software and Remote Connectivity
Like the rest of the premium SPP line, the SPP-4 precision balance includes robust Back Office Management Software. Operating via the standard RS-232 port (with optional USB and Bluetooth), operators can view live weight feeds, perform remote ZERO/TARE functions, and manage extensive PLU customer data directly from a Microsoft Windows workstation. An optional secondary remote display can also be attached for public-facing or dual-operator workstations.
