Combined with two integrated fixed access ramps, operators can smoothly roll wire cage trolleys, sack trucks, and transpallets directly onto the weighing surface without excessive physical strain.
Rigid Architecture and Material Selection
Despite its low profile, the FSRL series is incredibly resistant to bending and structural fatigue. The weighing bridge is supported by four highly accurate 350-ohm alloy steel load cells (silicone-coated). To suit diverse facility environments, SP-Scale offers two material configurations: The FSRL-APO utilizes a lacquered, non-slip corrugated mild steel plate for standard logistics, while the FSRL-xSO offers a full stainless steel build designed specifically to endure harsh washdown protocols in the food and chemical sectors.
