Heavy-Duty Materials and Custom Dimensions
The FA modular platform base offers an immense range of structural customization. Operators can select between two highly durable base materials: mild steel for rugged general logistics, or aluminum die-cast for a lighter, highly rigid structure. All models are topped with a heavy-duty stainless steel weighing plate and include precision leveling feet. To accommodate various crate sizes, the FA series offers platform dimensions ranging from a compact 300x240mm all the way up to a massive 600x600mm.
Advanced Load Cell Integrations
Depending on your regulatory requirements, the FA base can be equipped with standard, OIML, or NTEP approved load cells, housed in either aluminum or stainless steel enclosures. Connecting the base to your existing hardware is seamless, as buyers can select between DB9 wiring or specialized 5/7/9 pin air connectors. Optional static discharge kits and aluminum load cell protection kits are also available from the factory.
