Advanced Checkweighing & Precision
The true power of the CSS-x compact scale lies in its checkweighing feature. Operators can program specific target weights; the scale will emit distinct visual and sound signals when portions hit exact tolerances. This dramatically reduces human error and speeds up packaging times in assembly lines. For highly sensitive tasks, the CSS-x can be configured with ultra-high external resolutions reaching up to 1/150,000 (on specific models). The 24mm digit LCD display ensures every tiny increment is highly visible.
Durable Design and Connectivity
The scale features an easy-to-clean 230 x 300mm stainless steel pan and a rugged ABS housing. Portability is guaranteed by a 6V/4Ah lead-acid battery yielding 70 hours of operation. To support modern data logging, the CSS-x offers an optional RS-232 interface, allowing seamless connection to PCs, label printers, or external 3-color light towers.
