Triple Display and Advanced Counting Features
Unlike standard bench scales, the CSC-1 features a dedicated triple LCD display layout (15mm digit height with white LED backlight). Operators can simultaneously view the total gross weight, the individual reference piece weight, and the calculated total piece count. The scale utilizes automatic reference weight optimization, which gradually improves the average piece weight value as more items are added to the pan. Additionally, an audible fill-to-target function emits a sound signal when a programmed target quantity or weight is reached, drastically speeding up packaging operations.
Portability and Durable Design
Housed in lightweight ABS plastic with a 264 x 205mm stainless steel weighing pan, the scale is robust yet easy to clean. High mobility is guaranteed thanks to the internal 6V/3.2Ah rechargeable lead-acid battery, delivering up to 60 hours of continuous cordless use. Optional RS-232 interfaces allow for seamless connectivity to PCs or mini printers for instant inventory logging.
