Triple Display and Audible Target Alerts
The indicator of the CV platform scale is mounted on an adjustable 600mm / 660mm pole to keep data at eye level. The terminal features three dedicated 20mm high LCD windows (with white LED backlights) that simultaneously display verifiable gross weight, reference piece weight, and total calculated quantity. To drastically speed up bulk packaging, operators can program a specific piece count; the Audible Fill-to-Target feature will emit a loud signal the exact moment the target volume is reached.
Rugged Construction and Data Integration
Designed for abusive industrial environments, the CV scale utilizes a rugged aluminum die-cast base topped with a massive stainless steel weighing pan (up to 420x520mm). An internal 6V/4Ah rechargeable lead-acid battery ensures up to 70 hours of mobile operation without AC power. For inventory management, an optional RS-232 interface allows seamless data transfer to PCs and thermal label printers.
