Capable of handling massive bulk loads up to 300kg, this SP-Scale model radically streamlines the receiving and dispatching phases in industrial logistics centers.
Advanced Triple Display and Target Alerts
The CK platform scale features a dedicated indicator mounted on a sturdy 600mm / 660mm pole. The display features three distinct 20mm high LCD windows (with white LED backlights) that simultaneously output the verifiable gross weight, the reference piece weight, and the calculated total quantity. To supercharge your packaging workflow, operators can utilize the Audible Fill-to-Target feature. Simply program a specific piece count, and the scale will emit a loud sound signal exactly when the target is reached within the bulk crate.
Rugged Base and Data Memory
Built for punishment, the scale utilizes a robust aluminum die-cast base topped with a massive (up to 420x520mm) stainless steel weighing pan. A 6V/4Ah lead-acid battery provides up to 70 hours of cordless operation. For enhanced data management, an optional RS-232 interface connects the scale to PCs and label printers, perfectly logging your total pieces for inventory audits.
